Drums, Girls, and Dangerous Pie is a nice book, humerous but sad at the same time. It's about a teenage boy trying to balance the usual: playing drums in All-City Jazz band, girls (haha), and the occansional Dangerous PIe (yep, you are going to have to read the book to find out what that is!). Steven, the main character in this book, has always taken his "Big Brother Protecter" job for his brother, Jeffery, pretty seriously. But when he turns around and isn't looking... Jeffery gets cancer. I really, REALLY liked this book. Even though it's pretty funny, it's also serious at the times when there is cancer involved.
Take a seat.
A book and a warm drink is all you need, really...
So get comfy and take a sip as I review books that I love.
